Our Duties:
Monitoring of nursing services in hospital.
Receiving patients report and following up on
seriously ill patients.
Allocation of nursing staff to the ward.
Orientation of nursing staff to the ward.
Orientation of newly employed nurse to hospital
management team.
Solving nursing problems and patient problems.
Attending to all nurses welfare, including
illness, casualties, and leave.
Making required hospital rounds.
Maintaining up-to-date record of list of nurses.
Evaluation of nursing activities in the hospital.
Maintaining high standard code of nursing ethics.
Arranging for nursing development, e.g. continuing
education.

7:30 A.M 10:00 P.M.
DEPARTMENT ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
A clear line of responsibility and accountability
starting from nursing officer in charge to Matron is
in place.
Development of nursing carriers from on-job
training up to Degree (Bachelor of Nursing).
Attention of nursing welfare, e.g., leave, duty
roster is carried out according to needs.
Nursing staff allocation is done according to
patients needs, i.e., in ICU, 1:3 patients and
General Ward 1:10 patients.
Patient and relative problems are solved in time.
Review of seniority list for all nurses is done
every year.
