To date some progress has been made in lifting and sorting some of the sections but there is still a lot of work to be done. We are asking you to help us urgently rehabilitate the Medical Records Department and archive hard copies by the end of 2008. We need to replace and permanently fix the filing cabinets, create a new work space design and portioning.

We are also seeking support to help us move towards automation by January 2009 in order to avoid this catastrophe from happening again. Through supporting us obtain the equipment/system required this will become a reality. Donations of used and/or new equipment will be greatly appreciated. The needs are:
